NMHA OFFERING BODY CHECKING CLINICS
THE NMHA IS OFFERING BODY CHECKING CLINICS FOR U14 (2012) ATHLETES WHO WISH TO ATTEND EVALUATIONS FOR 2025-26 REP TEAMS

Body-checking is an integral part of rep hockey starting at U14 and will be assessed during this year’s evaluation process (tryouts).  It is highly recommended that all athletes wishing to participate in the 2025-26 team evaluations for the U14 (2012) age group have some prior training in body-checking.  As a result, the NMHA will offer body-checking clinics for this age group.

Eligibility Requirements to be able to attend NMHA Body Checking Clinics:

·         Athlete MUST have been registered with the NMHA for the 2024-25 season

·         No Goaltenders are required for these clinics

As per the OMHA directive players that are NOT registered to an NMHA team for the 2024-25 season are NOT eligible to participate.

Clinics will be filled on a “First-Come, First-Serve” basis and we anticipate that they will fill-up quickly.

The clinics will be progression based and players must attend both ice times in a session  (players cannot miss the first ice time for their given session and attend only the second, must attend both)

Cost: $70/session
