NMHA Members,
The Annual General Meeting for the 2021-2022 season will be held on April 30, 2022 at 10:00am. Depending on Covid protocols at the time, decision will be made closer to the date if AGM will be held in person (Newmarket Community Centre) or virtual.
If AGM is held virtual, an invitation link will be emailed to all our members prior to the AGM date to register (about 30 days before the meeting date). Anyone wishing to attend the AGM must pre-register and must have been a NMHA member for the 2021-2022 season.
Any amendments to the NMHA By-Laws must be emailed to the NMHA Secretary to
[email protected], deadline date to submit is March 15, 2022. Please use the Bylaw amendment form (2022 Notice of Motion) which can be found on our website under “Applications, Forms and Permits”.

House League Alternate – Junior Divisions

Fundraising
To be eligible to run for President:
(i) The individual must have served at least one full term on the Executive in the immediate past two terms;
(ii) Meet eligibility requirements to run for an Executive position.
To be eligible to run for an Executive position, member:
(i) - Must be twenty-one (21) or more years of age;
(ii) - Have been a Member of the Association for the 2021-2022 season;
(iii) - Is a Member of the Association in good standing.
Nominations are now being accepted. Nominations must be received by the Secretary of the NMHA by email to
[email protected] on or before March 15th, 2022.
Nominations after this date will be accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2022. Please use the the nomination form (2022 Nomination Form) which can be found on our website under “Applications, Forms and Permits”.
