In the year 2000 John decided to leave his partnership in Scarborough and open TDS Transmission in Newmarket, Ontario. We are a family owned and operated business with two additional employees. John has been in the transmission business for over 40 years and his son TJ is one of our rebuilders and has been rebuilding transmissions for 17 years. Our other son Nick, rebuilt transmission for many years for us, but has since moved to a new occupation. The office Staff consists of Cheryl, John’s wife of 40 years and daughter Melissa who is now here on a part time basis. Our other employees who are considered part of the family are Phil who has been with us since 2013 and Denis since 2015. Dr. Neal Mortensen and Dr. Frances Skinazi met at The University of Western Ontario Dental School and graduated and got married in June of 1996. They both started their dental careers in Hamilton but moved north of Toronto when they started their family so they could be closer to their parents, brothers, sisters, and cousins. They joined Dr. David Charters at Keep 28 Dental Centre in 1999 and over the next few years grew to love this dental family of dedicated staff and warm, welcoming patients. It was a natural transition when Dr. Charters retired in 2010 and transferred the care of his dental family to the hands of Dr. Mortensen and Dr. Skinazi.
