Minor Peewee AA "Bring Your AA Game" Champs!
Congratulations to the Minor Peewee AA team on taking home the championship at the Pickering Panthers “Bring Your AA Game” tournament this past weekend!
The team went undefeated in the tournament with a 5-0-1 record beating the Vaughan Rangers, Aurora Tigers, and Scarborough Young Bruins in round robin play. The Redmen tied the Sault Jr. Greyhounds in the round robin, a team they faced again in the semi-final with a commanding win.In the end the Redmen took home the championship with a very strong 7-3 victory over the Flamborough Sabres in the final game. The boys came out ready to play and dominated. The team played incredibly well as a team, capitalizing on some great scoring chances, timely passes, awesome fore-checking, stellar defense and rock-solid goal-tending. The coaching staff and parents wish to congratulate the boys on a fantastic tournament win!
