Another win for Redmen Novice AE
The Redmen Novice AE notched another mark in the win column on Thursday
night in Sutton. The game saw scoring
from all three lines in a 5:0 win over the very competitive Georgina
Blaze.
Tyler Nowicki backstopped the Redmen with an outstanding performance for his second shutout of the season. Timothy Huo opened the scoring in second period on a feed from Traeden Harper. The next shift Tim returned the favour and slid a pass across the front of the net to Traeden who tucked the puck behind the goaltender off his backhand. Before the end of the second period Caiden Gibbons sniped a feed from Owen Risbridger through the 5 hole to bring the Redmen to a 3:0 lead. Midway through the 3rd Period Quinn Bacchus scored on his first game back from injury on a pass from Taro Pereira. Just 22 seconds later Keiran Burton made it 5:0 with support from Caiden and Owen.
