A Day of Firsts
For the first time this season the Novice AE Redmen win back to back games! Hard work in their own end a few timely saves combined with 2 players notching their first goals helped the Redmen edge the Richmond Hill Stars 4-3 today.
Congratulations to Gavin Smith and Joshua Tranter who scored for the first time today! Joshua's persistence and strong skating with the puck paid off in a beauty goal in the 2nd period. Gavin was a factor every time he was on the ice and was rewared early in the third. Richmond Hill pressed hard in the last frame but the Redmen answered each time. Great job Redmen. Let's make it 3!!
