Tyke Gold Takes 1st Place at Shelburne House League Tournament!
Congratulations to Major Tyke Team Gold who tied for first place at the Allan Nixon Memorial Tournament in Shelburne in January. The team cruised through the round-robin, outscoring their opponents 29-1, to earn a spot in the Championship game. The kids character came through in the finals, when they fought back from a 5-1 deficit to earn a 6-6 tie for first place. It was a great tournament for the whole team! Your coaches and parents are proud of your effort and teamwork!!!
