Date & Time: Saturday January 14th, 2023, festivities begin at 8:00 pm
Location: Cousins Steakhouse and Bar at 110 Pony drive

Additional Events: 50/50 Draw, Silent Auction and Raffles
In order to have a successful fundraiser we are asking each family for the following:
Event Entry Tickets: We are asking each family to sell 7 tickets at $15.00 each for entry to the event. These can be even purchased by yourselves and given out as gifts to friends and family if you wish. With each ticket you are also entered for a chance to win Door prizes. Marie from the A team and Sandy from the BB team will be distributing tickets within the coming weeks but please start reaching out to friends / family / others to spark their interest. Additional tickets if needed will be available at the door.
Donations: Each family is asked to donate a minimum of $40 in the form of Alcohol, Cash or Gift Cards. These donations will be used for our raffle baskets and silent auctions.
As well if you have contacts with local businesses that you can reach out to for additional gift donations that would be greatly appreciated. These will be used for our Silent Auction and Raffles. Please see attached Donation Request letter.
All donations should be given to Stephen / Sandy or Marie / Diana from the A team. These can be brought to practices or home games please. All donations need to be in by Wednesday Jan 4th, 2023.
Finally, we are looking for volunteers to help us off and on throughout the night. A job schedule and times will be sent out closer to the date.
