Hi everyone,
For the meat order, I have scheduled a delivery date of Wednesday, July 27that 7:00pm at Magna. This will be added to the team calendar asap. For those participating in this fundraiser, please plan to be there (or send someone on your behalf - it's too hard to try and find a date that works for everyone) at this time to pick up your orders, and bring an extra set of hands if you need.
Each family is asked to sell a minimum of 10 boxes. If you choose not to participate, that's ok - just let me know, and you will be asked to contribute equivalent profit of $10 per box (average based on per box profits) not sold to the team budget. That said, we are required to have a minimum 100 box order to guarantee delivery, so your participation is appreciated. This is a fairly easy sell to those who are meat eaters and have room in their freezer. It's a bit of a cheaper option than the grocery store, as bulk order meat prices haven't risen as substantially as you see at the grocery store and, the delivery timeline is perfect for BBQ enthusiasts on the August long weekend.
I will need all summary sellers order forms and one consolidated payment by e-transfer (to this email address) no later than end of day Wednesday, July 20th which gives you 2 weeks including today to sell. Please send me me the Participant Sellers form, and an e-transfer for the total sales. Please do not send me the customer order sheet - that is for you to track your individual orders. Once the order is complete, I will send a summary and e-transfer the team profit to the team.
