Food Pantry Visit
November 13th 2019 the team took a visit to the Newmarket Food Pantry before a busy period of games. This was a great team bonding experience and a learning experience for the kids. 

In the end the team spent time sorting and organizing food, as well as having the families bring over 400lbs of much needed food

The flex rating should be less than half your body weight. This is the RULE OF FLEX. If your young hockey player weighs less than 120 lbs., they should be using the Diezel system of sticks.
