Atom, 2015-2016, AA (Newmarket Minor Hockey)

Congratulations to the Redmen Atom AA Team for taking Silver at this weekend’s Toronto Avalanche March Meltdown.  The Atom’s advanced through the Preliminary round finishing as the second seed with a 3-1 record to put them into the Semi Finals vs the Guelph Gryphons early Sunday morning.  In a close Semi Final game, the Redmen came out on top 4-3 to earn a berth in the Championship game later that day.  In a very exciting Final the Redmen fell just short losing 2-0 to strong Whitby Wildcats team to take Silver at the March Meltdown.  Congratulations to the players for a fantastic weekend, a ...

Congratulations to the Redmen Atom AA Team for reaching the Finals at the Rock ‘N Roll Cup held in Cleveland OH over the past weekend Nov 6-8, 2015.  The team advanced to Championship Game on Sunday after strong play in the Preliminary round vs. the Burlington Eagles, Cleveland Barons and Cleveland Sharks.  In a close Championship game vs. the Burlington Eagles, the team fell short losing 4-2 to claim the Silver.  Congratulations to the players for a fantastic weekend and thanks to the coaches, parents and families for their unwavering support.
