The NMHA is pleased to announce that Kim Wittekoek has been appointed as our new Secretary.  Kim has been the manager of her son's team for the past 5 years.  Additionally, she has taken on the role of Assistant Trainer. Kim has also been a long standing volunteer at various association events such as International Silver Stick Newmarket Finals, The Battle of Yonge Street and during the town's annual July 1st event.  Welcome Kim!!  GO RENEGADES!! 

In an effort to reduce travel and accommodate the continued growth of the York Simcoe Minor Hockey League (YSMHL), the league and its member associations have voted in favor of a divisional realignment, effective for the 2025/26 season. Effective immediately, the YSMHL (U10-U18) will be split into two divisions—North/West and South/East—based on the geographical location of each association. This realignment is designed to improve scheduling efficiency and minimize travel distances for participating teams.

The NMHA is excited to announce that our RENEGADES REP program will include the following programming for the 2025-2026 season. On Ice Skills Development Sessions – all rep teams will have a minimum of 10 on ice skills and skating development sessions included as part of their team schedules led by highly qualified instructors. We are thrilled to have secured our existing skills coaches who will be returning for next season: Young Guns Elite Hockey Training – Rich Ciaravella AMP Power Skating – Amanda Montgomery Ultimate Stride – Alex Palermo
