That this event will be happening at Ray Twinney 1 - Main pad.
Dressing rooms should ONLY be used for putting on skates. Players should all come fully dressed, except for skates (no helmets, mouthguards)
Zero tolerance for any player or coaches skating around, screwing around. Coaches must keep the team together & calm at all times. Safety of the photographers are paramount.
There will be two stations running at all times, each with two sub-stations (team & individual player shots)
No pucks permitted on the ice... period.
All teams expected to be ready, dressed and line up along the glass 10 minutes before their scheduled time.
When your teams turn, you will enter the ice by the penalty box door(s).
