REDMEN ASSIST AT FOOD PANTRY
The Newmarket Redmen Peewee 'AE' got their 2018-19 season off to a great start by giving back in the community with another volunteer visit to the Newmarket Food Pantry on September 29.

The boys, along with a number of parents, spent some time taking a tour to find out about history of the Pantry, asking questions, and most importantly, learning the significance and importance of the facility in the community.

Following the tour, everyone literally dove hands first into the work, sorting donations, splitting up food and cleaning up the facility.

Huge thanks to Luisa and the other moms for organizing the day with the Pantry staff, and kudos to all the players, siblings and parents for taking an active role in their community!

Everyone looks forward to making another visit later in the season!
