NMHA EVALUATION PASSPORT SYSTEM |
Welcome to the Newmarket Minor Hockey evaluation passport system.
Registration Instructions
Registration and Credit Card Payment must be made before attending the tryout. You can register at our website under Rep Hockey. Please ensure you complete all questions. Once you hit submit you will see :
Click on the “Click Here to Pay Online” button to proceed to the SportsPay Website and complete your payment.
Once complete you will receive an email confirmation of your submission and another confirming your payment. The submission confirmation email (Titled: Form Submitted: NMHA Rep Evaluation Passport Registration) will contain a link at the bottom with the Players Passport number. Please print out this email and bring to all evaluations.
This number is very important for the evaluations. This number will be listed on the Rep Team’s website to indicate whether the player successfully made the team.
PLEASE NOTE: Players coming back from AAA have 2 options They can register now and pay online after AAA are complete OR they can register, pay and get a refund (subject to the $5 service fee) if they make AAA.
Attending Evaluations
Please ensure you have registered and paid in full prior to attending. Print out and bring the Registration confirmation email to show the registration desk.
After Evaluation
The results will be posted on the NMHA Website, under that specific team’s site (I.E. Novice AA, Peewee AA webpage). On the team menu you will see “Evaluation Player List”.
You will see a list of numbers on this page. This number corresponds to the Passport number for each individual player.
If the player’s number appears on this list they are still associated with this team. If the number does not appear on this list, the player has been released from this team. Please check the Player Evaluation List on the team below. Example if released from AA, check the A team list. If released from A, check the AE team list. If released from AE, the player has been released back to House league.
Please note: the Players number will not appear on the list until the first Evaluation has commenced.
