David grew up in Markham Ontario as an avid sports enthusiast, playing multiply sports through elementary and high school. He has been part of the Newmarket community for the last 10 years playing rec hockey and raising four boys who keep themselves busy participating in many different sports including hockey with the NMHA. David's love for mentoring and providing leadership through coaching has given him the ability to become a great leader on and off the ice. He is looking forward to developing a positive / fun learning environment while ensuring the players receive the necessary leadership and training to be successful.
