Adam developed his passion for hockey at a young age playing the majority of his career in Aurora.  Years later he hasn’t stopped playing and learning about the game.  Adam is a ‘D1’ certified coach who is constantly creating new drills and techniques to teach.  Adam started his coaching career with his older son in the Opti Hockey program, joining the NMHA in 2016.  He has since coached at the U7, U8, U9 ‘A’ and U10 ‘A’ levels, working his way up to his current role as Head Coach of the U11 ‘A’ Team.  He has also coached his youngest son, beginning with Opti Hockey before also moving to the NMHA in the U7 age group.  Adam is known for being very “loud” and passionate on-and-off the ice.  Adam and his staff focus on building confidence, discipline, respect, promoting life skills, being good teammates and overall good people.  Adam is proud to be an active member of the NMHA, representing the Town of Newmarket and continues to be committed to developing players hockey skills and teaching players to take pride in themselves and in their community.
