We have scheduled another 'Custom Mouth Guard' Clinics by appointment only on the following date and time:
Dates: Saturday Sept. 30th
Time: 9am thru 2pm
Location: Miller Orthodontics, 16635 Yonge Street, Units 1-3
Cost: $35 per mouth guard (CASH or CREDIT) (mouth guards are normally $60 and Miller Orthdontics is sponsoring $25 towards each mouth guard, 1 per player)
