Novice A takes Silver at Silver Stick Qualifying

The Newmarket Redmen Novice A team participated in the Pelham Region Silver Stick Qualifying Tournament held on December 27th to 29th.
The team tied one game and won three games to earn a spot in the Championship game. The team played very well, but lost that game by 1 goal.
After being given our medals, we were told that the top two teams from this qualifying tournament move on to the Annual North American International Silver Stick Finals held in St. Clair Shores, Michigan! The players should be so proud of this accomplishment and the honour of making it to the Silver Stick Finals to be played at the end of January.
