A New President!
The NMHA is pleased
to announce the appointment of Kirk Kelly to the position of Interim President of the
NMHA!
Stephen Paine
tendered his resignation from the NMHA Executive. Over his many years of
service to the NMHA Stephen has been VP, Rep, Referee-in-Chief, Past President
and most recently served a second stint in the role of President to name but a
few of the volunteer roles he has held within the Association. He oversaw our move into our current home of Magna and
was an instrumental leader in the start-up of our annual home-and-home series with Aurora and on behalf of the NMHA we would like to extend our many thanks to Stephen for his tremendous contributions and service to the NMHA over these past many years.
Kirk has been volunteering his time to the NMHA for over 30 years, serving in the role of Coach, Coach Mentor, Hockey Development Lead, Coach-at-large, Trainer-at-large and most recently, VP, House League. He has a level of experience rarely found within an Association such as ours and the NMHA Executive are excited at the prospects of moving forward under his leadership.
