Minor Peewee AE Finalists at the 15th Annual John MacDonald Memorial Tournament

Congratulations to the Newmarket Redmen Minor Peewee AE team for making it to the finals at the 15th Annual John MacDonald Memorial Tournament!

They advanced to the semi-finals with strong play in the preliminaries against the Milton Winterhawks, York Mills Rangers, and the Haliton Huskies. In the semi-finals The Redmen faced the Milton Winterhawks in a thrilling semi-final game, winning a by a score of 4-2.

The final had the Redmen face the Hamilton Huskies, the boys put up a tremendous fight, but fell short in the last few minutes losing the final 5-4. 

Congratulations to the team for the incredible effort they put forth, and congratulations to all of the players, coaches and parents.

Way to go Redmen!!
