Announcing our new President
Submitted By Murray Taylor on Mon 11 10, 14
At the end of this evenings monthly NMHA Executive meeting I tendered my resignation as President and I am pleased to announce that Stephen Paine has decided to return to the role of NMHA President for the remaining 18 months of my term.

After much deliberation I have decided that I need to step back from the demands of the NMHA to focus on other personal priorities.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in this role and continue to have the utmost respect for all of our fantastic volunteers. They continue to be the backbone for this wonderful Association and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with them all.

The NMHA is a strong and resilient group of people providing an opportunity for the youth of our community to play a great game and learn many life lessons. A number of years ago, during my first AGM serving as President, I said that the NMHA was far from perfect. But we were better than we were yesterday and we will strive to be better tomorrow than we are today. Improvement is an ongoing process and this Association will never stop striving to be better. I have always considered it a privilege and been very proud to represent the NMHA. That will never change. I hope to stay involved however, for now I must take a step back.

Please join me in welcoming Stephen back into this role and provide him with the same wonderful support I have enjoyed over these past 5 years.

Murray Taylor

Newly Appointed Past President
