We have scheduled 'Custom Mouth Guard' Clinics by appointment only on the following dates and times:
Dates: Saturday, Sept 30th, 2023
Time: 9am thru 2pm
Location: Miller Orthodontics, 16635 Yonge Street, Units 1-3
Cost: $35 per mouth guard (CASH or DEBIT)
(mouth guards are normally $60. Miller Orthodontics is sponsoring $25 towards each mouth guard, 1 per player)
