NMHA Members,
Our Annual General
Meeting for the 2022-2023 season will be held on April 29, 2023.
Any amendments to the
NMHA By-Laws must be emailed to the NMHA Secretary at
[email protected]. The
deadline
date to submit is March 15, 2023.
Please
use the Bylaw amendment form (ByLaw Notice of Motion) which can be found on our
website under “Applications, Forms and Permits”.
2023 Executive Positions for Election:
VP Rep
Treasurer
House League Alternate - Senior Divisions
Communications/Marketing
Equipment
To be
eligible to run for an Executive position, member:
(i)
Must be twenty-one (21) or more years of age;
(ii)
Have been a Member of the Association for the
2022-2023 season
(iii)
Is a Member of the Association in good standing
Nominations are now being accepted. Nominations
must be emailed to the Chair of the Nominations Committee, [email protected] and to the Secretary, [email protected] on or before March 20th, 2023. Nominations WILL NOT be accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting on April 29, 2023, if two or more nominations are received for an open Executive position by the March 20th, 2023 deadline.
