U16A Supports the Newmarket Food Pantry!
The Newmarket Renegades U16A Team spent Saturday afternoon at Dickie's No Frills braving freezing temperatures and a bone chilling wind to collect food and funds for the Newmarket Food Pantry.
Thanks to the generosity of Dickie's No Frills customers and the efforts of the U16A players and families over 1300lbs of food and $400 in monetary donations were collected. AMAZING!!!
The Newmarket Food Pantry staff were beyond happy when our vehicles rolled in with the donations and commented that it 'was like Christmas for them!'.
