NMHA Members,

The Association is proud to announce that we will be proceeding with our AnnualGeneral Meeting on January 16th, 2021 at 10:00am.  Due to the COVID-19 climate and restrictions this AGM will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams.

On December 20^th, 2020 there will be an invitation link made available to all of our members. We are requesting and it is extremely important that anyone wishing to attend the AGM pre-register through this link. 

 

Please watch your email and the NMHA website for further details regarding our AGM. During the next few days, information will be provided for outlining the agenda, a link to suggested by-laws changes, nomination details and more.

➔      Vice-President House League

➔      Secretary

➔      Rep Alternate

➔      House League Alternate (Junior Divisions U7-U11)

➔      Sponsorship

 

Important dates surrounding the AGM in relation to the 2019-2020 season

December 14^th, 2020 – Opening date for Nominations for the open Executive positions.
December 15^th, 2020 – Submission date for any business transactions wishing to be discussed at the AGM
December 16^th, 2020 – Final list of all recommended by-law changes for member review.
December 20^th, 2020 – Invitation Link to attend AGM made available to all member
January 4^th, 2021 – Final date for Nominations for the open Executive positions.
January 11th, 2021 - Final date to pre-register for AGM

 

Please note that only members who registered for the 2019-2020 season can attend the meeting.
