Notice of NMHA AGM - POSTPONED TILL FURTHER NOTICE

The NMHA Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday April 18th, 2020 @10AM at the Newmarket Community Centre & Lions Hall, Lions Hall #1 & #2, 200 Doug Duncan Drive, Newmarket.

Any amendments to the NMHA By-Laws must be made in writing, signed and addressed to the NMHA Secretary and received by March 15, 2020. Bylaw amendment form (Notice of Motion) can be found on our website under “Applications, Forms and Permits”. Please submit to the hockey office located in the Magna Centre or by email to [email protected]    

2020 Executive Positions Up For Election:
President
Vice President of House League
Secretary
House League Alternate – Junior Divisions
Rep Alternate
Sponsorship Director  

Nominations are now being accepted. Nominations must be received by the Secretary of the NMHA by email to [email protected] or delivered to the hockey office located in the Magna Centre on or before March 15th, 2020. Nominations after this date will be accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting on April 18, 2020. Nomination Form can be found on our website under “Applications, Forms and Permits”.
