Recall - Sportmask Model T3

Summary Product: Sportmask model T3 in size medium.
Issue: Defective cage and back plate, posing a risk of injury.
What to do: Return product for replacement.
This recall involves Sportmask model T3 in size medium. The model and size of mask can be found on the sticker on the inside of the mask.  Hazard identified Sportmask model T3 in size medium contains a defective cage and back plate, posing a risk of injury. 
For more information, consumers can contact Sportmask by telephone at 905-339-1775 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET Monday to Friday. Sportmask has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
