THE NMHA TO ICE A SECOND MINOR PEEWEE AE TEAM FOR THE 2018-2019 SEASON!
Submitted By Kevin Winsor on Tuesday, April 10, 2018
The NMHA is proud to announce a second Minor Peewee AE team for the 2018-2019 season!

Given the number of talented athletes in the 2018-2019 Minor Peewee age group, the NMHA has decided to ice a second AE team on a 1 year trial basis. 2018-2019 Minor Peewee AE Teams will be noted as follows:

Newmarket White – Coached by Brett Bartlett

Newmarket Red – Coached by Sam Benedek

Interested athletes will be required to purchase a tryout passport at https://nmha.ca/Forms/1121/NMHA_Rep_Tryout_Passport_Form/

Newmarket White will get to select their 2 goalies and 15 skaters first with the remaining athletes trying out for the Newmarket Red team. This is similar to what other associations do to select 2 AE teams and has proven to be very successful in the past. Revised tryout schedule can be viewed at https://nmha.ca/Pages/6456/2018_Rep_Tryout_Schedule/

Good luck to all athletes in their 2018-2019 tryouts.
