Deli House Red - Bantam March Madness Champs!!!
The Bantam House League Deli House Catering (red) team won the Aurora March Madness Tournament on March 4th!
After winning their division in round robin play, Newmarket Red battled Orillia in the Semi Finals, skating to a 3-1 victory. The Final game matched them with the Warkworth Bulldogs. A close back and forth game ended 3-3 after regulation time, and a thrilling overtime goal by Michael Cacheiro sealed the tournament.
Congratulations go to the boys for a hard fought 5 games in 3 days in Aurora. Thanks to all of our parents and coaches for an amazing championship weekend.
