A strong team culture can be defined as one where people and team members are aligned on purpose and empowered to work both individually and collectively on achieving that purpose.

“Positive” work or play environments can be defined as those places where there is trust, cooperation, safety, risk-taking support, accountability, and equity.
Thank you very much players for your efforts tonight. This is has been an extremely difficult decision. If your passport number is listed below, congratulations, you have been selected for the U15BB hockey team. If your number is not listed below, please look out for house league registration in the fall. Please continue to work hard.
