Let me start by saying that tonight was extremely tough for me personally, but also incredibly hard for all our evaluators. Even though the final selections were made by committee, it is one of the least favourites things a coach must do, and tonight was no exception.
For those not selected, please keep your head high as it was a highly competitive and deep U14 group this year.
