NEWMARKET WINS THE BATTLE OF YONGE ST!
Congratulations to all of our Newmarket Redmen coaches, trainers, managers, volunteers, families and most importantly, players, on bringing the Newmarket-Aurora Home & Home Series trophy back to its rightful place!

After a full weekend of exciting hockey from 27 of our Rep and Rostered Select teams, the Redmen evened the series against Aurora at seven wins each with a 24-19-11 record for a 59-49 victory in points!

Not only did the Tigers return the coveted trophy to our office at the Magna Centre, but more importantly, they will now be hanging a Newmarket Redmen jersey in their office at the Aurora Community Centre for the next year.

This weekend could not have been made possible without the time put in by all of our volunteers, as well as the extremely generous support given to the NMHA by Dickie's No Frills Newmarket.
Not only did John and his staff facilitate bringing-in more than 1,000 lbs. of donations for the Newmarket Food Pantry, but he also matched any monetary donations that were made with further product for the Food Pantry.

Also new this year, were the popular Player of the Game Awards that were presented at all Newmarket home games.
Again, a huge thanks to Dickie's No Frills, as well as Kelseys Original Roadhouse Aurora, who shared in donating the gift bags for players on both the Redmen and Tigers.

Congratulations once again to everyone involved and we're already looking forward to defending our title in 2020!

GO REDMEN!

Keep 28 Dental Centre
Dr. Neal Mortensen and Dr. Frances Skinazi met at The University of Western Ontario Dental School and graduated and got married in June of 1996. They both started their dental careers in Hamilton but moved north of Toronto when they started their family so they could be closer to their parents, brothers, sisters, and cousins. They joined Dr. David Charters at Keep 28 Dental Centre in 1999 and over the next few years grew to love this dental family of dedicated staff and warm, welcoming patients. It was a natural transition when Dr. Charters retired in 2010 and transferred the care of his dental family to the hands of Dr. Mortensen and Dr. Skinazi. Our two dentists love different aspects of dentistry but they share the goal of doing their best for each patient’s specific needs. They listen
