Minor Peewee AE Team Supports The Fight Against Breast Cancer

The Minor Peewee AE team is supporting our local hospital Southlake Regional Health Centre’s Cancer Centre.  For the month of October, which of course is Breast Cancer Awareness month, the team will wear pink jerseys for its ‘Pink in the Rink’ community activities.

Sadly, everyone knows someone affected by breast cancer.   The Minor Peewee AE team would like to help our local hospital deliver essential cancer services to Newmarket and to the Greater York Region.

On October 27th, the team will also have a 2 hour Skate-a-thon where they will challenged to see how many laps they can do within the time.

What: Skate for a Cure!
When: Oct 27th
Where: NTR Newmarket

There are two ways you can support the team effort!

After the brothers left for college, Sheets continued to field calls for moving services while she also worked a full-time data processing job with the State of Michigan.
