Danny Woolridge (U16 AA) (Newmarket Minor Hockey)

PrintDanny Woolridge (U16 AA)

Danny Woolridge has loved the game of hockey since he started playing at four years old.  Growing up and playing minor hockey in his home province of Newfoundland, he reached the ‘AAA’ level.  Following his minor hockey days, Danny spent time all across Canada, playing Senior ‘A’ and competitive, high-level men’s league competitions.  Moving to the Newmarket-area 17 years ago, Danny works in the construction industry as a heavy equipment operator and has two boys that both play in the Newmarket Renegades rep program.   He has been involved with the NMHA in various capacities over the past eight years, from on-ice helper to assistant coach.  Danny believes that hockey is a lot more than just the game and is everything else that comes with a rep program, both on-and-off the ice, including the lessons you take with you and the lifelong friendships made along the way.
